You fill out a form. I read it personally and respond. That's the whole transaction. Nothing is sold, shared, or automated.

Santa Fe Marketing is a solo practice operated by Brian Bixby in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This policy explains what information is collected through this website, how it is used, and what it is not used for. It is written in plain language because that is the only kind worth writing.

What we collect.

The only information collected through this website comes from the organization intake form on the homepage. When you submit that form, the following may be included:

• Your name
• Your role or title
• Your organization's name and type
• Your organization's approximate operating budget
• A description of your marketing challenge
• Your email address

No account is created. No password is stored. No payment information is ever collected on this site.

If you download a resource from the Resources page, no information is collected in connection with that download.

How we use it.

Information submitted through the intake form is used for one purpose: to prepare and send you a personal response within 48 hours. That response will be an honest read on where your organization stands and whether this practice is a potential fit.

Your information may be retained to support any follow-up conversation or engagement that results from that initial exchange. It will not be added to any mailing list or newsletter without your explicit request.

What we don't do.

To be direct about what this practice does not do with your information:

• Sell or rent your information to any third party
• Share your information with advertisers or data brokers
• Add you to automated email sequences or drip campaigns
• Use your information for advertising targeting
• Pass your information to any marketing platform without your consent

Third parties.

This website is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are currently processed through the site's own form handler and delivered directly to a private email inbox. No third-party CRM, marketing automation platform, or analytics service receives your submission data.

This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics tools. Standard server logs maintained by Netlify may record general traffic data such as page visits and browser types, but these are not linked to personal identities and are not reviewed for marketing purposes.

Your rights.

You may request to view, correct, or delete any information you have submitted through this site at any time. Requests are honored promptly and without condition.
